Windows Built for Vietnam's Climate
Thermal break aluminum frames. Double and triple glazing. Engineered for tropical heat, humidity, and typhoon-season wind loads.
Thermal Break Aluminum Window
Standard aluminum windows are a poor choice for Vietnam's climate. The aluminum frame conducts heat directly — meaning your air conditioning fights the window frame. In humid coastal cities, the cold inner surface also triggers condensation, leading to mold and water damage around window reveals.
Thermal break aluminum windows solve this with a structural polyamide strip that physically separates the outer and inner aluminum profiles. Heat can't conduct across the break. The inner frame stays closer to room temperature. No condensation, no thermal bridging, less air conditioning load.
We supply thermal break windows in standard residential sizes and custom configurations for larger projects. All units are supplied with sealed insulating glass units (IGU) — double or triple glazing to specification.
PA66 nylon structural break separates inner and outer profiles — eliminating cold bridging.
Key Advantages
Thermal Insulation
Thermal break separates inner and outer aluminum profiles, cutting heat transfer by up to 70% vs standard aluminum frames.
Typhoon Resistant
Multi-chamber profiles and reinforced glazing units rated for Vietnam's storm-season wind loads and pressure differentials.
Noise Reduction
Double and triple glazing units significantly reduce ambient noise from traffic, rain, and construction.
Anti-Condensation
Thermal break eliminates the cold-bridge that causes condensation and mold growth on window frames in humid climates.
Energy Efficiency
Better insulation means lower air conditioning loads — meaningful savings in Vietnam's year-round cooling climate.
Slim Sightlines
Modern narrow-profile frames maximize glass area and natural light — no heavy aluminum bulkheads breaking the view.
Glazing Options
The glass unit inside the frame is as important as the frame itself. We supply windows with sealed insulating glass units (IGU) specified for the project requirements. All cavity glass is argon-filled for improved thermal performance.
Double Glazing
5+12A+5 mmStandard residential specification. 12 mm argon-filled cavity between two 5 mm glass panes. Good thermal and acoustic performance at competitive cost.
Triple Glazing
4+12A+4+12A+4 mmPremium specification for buildings in high-noise areas or with strict energy performance requirements. Significantly higher acoustic reduction.
Low-E Coating
Optional on all unitsLow-emissivity coating on inner glass surface reflects infrared radiation (heat) while admitting visible light. Reduces solar heat gain in Vietnam's intense sun.
