Pactwin Silicone Sealant
Pactwin began as a door and window company. But every window and door installation needs a good sealant. After years of specifying third-party products on installation projects, we decided to develop our own formulation — one optimized specifically for the conditions on Vietnamese construction sites.
The result is Pactwin-brand neutral cure silicone sealant. Neutral cure means no acetic acid during curing — critical when sealing against aluminum frames, coated surfaces, and natural stone where standard acetoxy silicone would cause staining or corrosion.
The formula includes an anti-mold additive selected for efficacy in tropical humidity conditions, and UV stabilizers to prevent yellowing and surface cracking in direct tropical sunlight. This is not a commodity product repackaged with a Pactwin label. The formulation was developed specifically for our market and our customers.

Applications
Window & Door Sealing
Primary application. Sealing the perimeter joint between aluminum window or door frame and the building structure. Critical for water tightness and thermal performance.
Curtain Wall Glazing
Structural and weather-seal applications in glass curtain wall systems. Compatible with most aluminum and glass substrates.
Interior Wet Areas
Bathroom, kitchen, and wet-room joints. Mold-resistant formula for high-humidity applications inside Vietnamese buildings.
Expansion Joints
Movement joints in facades, flooring, and structural connections. High movement capacity accommodates building settlement.
Product Specifications
Available in standard 300 ml cartridges for hand guns and 600 ml sausage packs for professional pneumatic dispensing equipment. Bulk pallet pricing available for large construction projects.
Sold as part of Pactwin window and door packages, and also available independently for contractors purchasing Pactwin building products.
