From Guangzhou to Vietnam's Construction Sites
Vietnam's construction market is growing fast. Developers are building more apartments, villas, and commercial projects than ever before. But sourcing quality building materials — doors that actually resist humidity, windows that hold up to typhoons, cabinets built for tropical climates — has always been harder than it should be.
Pactwin was founded to change that. Based in Guangzhou, China's manufacturing capital, we source directly from factories we know and vet personally. We focus exclusively on Vietnam — learning the market, attending trade shows, building relationships with contractors and project managers on the ground.
The name says it all: Pact (trust, commitment) + Win (mutual benefit). We only succeed when our partners succeed.

Guangzhou Factory Base
All Pactwin products are manufactured in and around Guangzhou — the heartland of China's building materials industry. We work with specialist manufacturers for each product category: carbon crystal door panels, thermal break aluminum extrusions, custom cabinet systems.
We inspect production runs before shipment. When something doesn't meet spec, it doesn't ship. This is the simplest form of quality control, and we take it seriously.
